When manually merging files I can have bookmarks created based on the file name. (11.13.2)

I don't see to get this working using the commandline, am I doing something wrong? The files are merged with below command, but there are no bookmarks. I also tried removing "-profile none" and manually selecting each available profile on the popup but that has no difference.

% and ! are batch variables.

%PDF24_TOOL% -includeFileExtensions .pdf -expandDirs -autoSave -join -sort -outputFile "!OUTPUT_FILE!" -profile none !SOURCE_DIR! -bookmarks create

Actually this should work, as you can read here:
    https://creator.pdf24.org/manual/11/#1115-join-input-files-and-create-an-output-pdf-file

The switch -bookmarks create should add bookmarks to the pdf file based on file names.
