    Hi All,

    Trusting to find to some assistance here.

    We recently installed a Revit addin DiRoots, to export PDFs, it makes use of the PDF24 Creator since version 1.1.0. However, after installing this, our PDF24 Creator no longer prints to PDF. Whether in Revit with the add-in or elsewhere such as Word. All programmes react similarly in that they hang and eventually freeze. It almost looks like it is waiting for input from a non-existent dialogue box.

    Might anyone have any suggestions? I've ready gone through most of the troubleshooting, incl reviewing REG keys. I have also contact DiRoots, but they are unable to assist.

    Hi All,

    An update on this issue - unfortunately it still persists.

    We have narrowed it down to administrative rights, if we start Revit (the programme to print from) with "run as admin" selected, diRoots and PDF24 execute correctly and the selected pdfs are created. If we *do not* start Revit as administrator, diRoots hangs, waiting for PDF24 in the background.

    The same behaviour is observed when starting pdf24 with/without "run as administrator" selected.

    This has also been tested with version 9.0.3

    Any update or direction from the PDF24 team would be greatly appreciated at this point.
