How to merge PDF using DocTools and command line

Hello!

I understand, how to merge files but have problem with profile selection.  If I use <span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt;">-profile "default/good" </span>or any other the output file changes source attributes/

In case of not specifying profile I get GUI window which in I can choose "Just assemble", and output file would have source attributes.

Please help, how can I merge files using command line and save source attributes?

Unfortunately there are no information how to "Just assemble" using command line.
