Links in PDF24 Creator not working

Hi,

We downloaded and installed PDF24 for Desktop version. When creating the PDF via the PDF24 for Desktop version, the links we embeded in our Word document do not work in the PDF document. They are unclickable.

When we uploaded and converted the same document into a PDF via your website, the links embeded in our Word document work perfectly in the PDF document received via Email.

Is there any setting which has to be made in the PDF24 for the Desktop version, so that when the PDFs are created the links automatically work?

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi,

the online converter supports links, but the PDF24 Creator not. This feature is still on our TODO list.

Is this still the case? I have PDF'd Word doc with the older version, 6.7.0 and got the links to work. The only problem is that now (not sure what changed) the conversion removes the hyperlinks again. I upgraded to 6.9.2. but it does not seem to have been implemented yet?
