Printed email from Windows Live Mail is squeezed horizontally (PDF24 9.13)

Running PDF24 9.13 Windows 7, Live Mail. Trying to print an email results in a pdf file compressed horizontally. This used to work fine prior to the most recent update.

sorry for the late answer. Version 9 of PDF24 Creator is being discontinued and will not get further fixes. The current version 11 requires at least Windows 10: https://tools.pdf24.org/en/creator

If the problem also occurs with version 11 on Windows 10 or 11, please let us know here which program you print from. So that we can reproduce this, please send us a file where it happens with this button:
