    Hi,

    Just want to see if any of you have had this issue before. One of my user is trying to combine a couple PDFs together. The format/paper size is legal. It's odd how when you open the document it appears fine in Adobe Reader. But when open the document to be combine in PDF24 the PDF went black inside of PDF24.

    If anyone has had this problem before please feel free to give me some input of what's going on here.

    This could be a PDF file which contains some unsupported parts which causes the black pages.

    Maybe this tricks works: Print the PDF file on the PDF printer to create a new PDF file which should then work.

    Otherwise try our online PDF merge utility. This tool gives sometimes better results because we use an other software here.
