Apply a PDF overlay with PDF24 DocTool from the command line

Hi,

is there a possibility to apply an Overlay using the doctool? If so, what would be the correct prompt to do that?

Hello,

sorry for the late reply. Yes, with an output profile that contains the overlay:

1. Open the PDF24 Toolbox, choose "Manage output profiles" and create your own profile. On the page "Overlay" of the profile, enable "Use overlay" and choose your overlay PDF.
2. Apply this profile with the DocTool:

pdf24-DocTool.exe -applyProfile -profile user/NAME -outputDir C:\Output C:\Input\file.pdf

Alternatively, the "PDF Overlay" tool of the PDF24 Toolbox can be run from the command line with a job file: https://creator.pdf24.org/manual/11/#912-process-a-job
