PDFs created with PDF24 cannot be opened on iPad or iPhone

I have used PDF24 for several years to create PDF's in Windows 10

These PDF work  perfectly on Windows 10

Recently I have connect my Windows drive to my IPAD and want to display PDFs

All have failed with various error message but not a reason

some Error messages are: corrupted PDF - Import failed - etc

Is there a solution to the incompatibilty of PDF24 with IOS

I have tried various browsers: Safari Firefox DDG
I have tried various readers: Abobe UPDF books PDFExpert
all FAIL

we would like to look into this. Please let us know:

• How were the PDFs created: with the PDF24 printer, with another PDF24 tool, and which version of PDF24 Creator do you use?
• Does the same PDF open on the iPad if you send it to yourself by e-mail and open the attachment? This shows whether the file itself or the way it gets to the iPad (the connected Windows drive) is the problem.
