PDF24 Assistant Pop-up

    After a recent server restart, we experienced this pop-up at every document creation. The title bar says 'PDF24 Assistant - documentname'; on the right is a Clone Me image. Ops staff had to manually save documents. After they had done this many times, they set 'Disable checking and installing updates' off. The issue seems to have gone away. A proxy is involved here, and also this link http://creator.pdf24.org/inapp/assistant/?version=6.9.1&lang=English&lcid=2057&iid=A9BF7509-6742-483D-B70B-BB4FDCDCD9D2&uid=8b56466c-c335-11e4-a6b3-005056ba6d79&cid=pdf24. Any information would be most welcome.

    Normally there is no popup. Do you really get a popop? Can you send me a screen shot to forum@pdf24.org. You could also try to update to the latest version.

    Apologies for not replying. It could have been that Settings/Preferences were not correct. Anyway, after reviewing & changing some, the problem has not re-occurred. Alternatively, something else in the infrastructure was changed.

    Remains opaque; thread closed.
