PDF24 can't open images

    Hi, I downloaded PDF24 for the purpose of mirroring images (flip horizontal/vertical). However, if I try to open a PDF document that only contains an image, there is nothing on the screen. Does PDF24 have the capability to operate with images? If yes, how? Can it flip images on horizontal or vertical?
    If no, are there any other known freeware programs that can do this?
