Printer in error state

Has stopped printing just says it is in an error state and files are queued for printing.  I cannot access troubleshooting as it requires a higher level

Hi, ensure, that the PDF24 Windows Service is running. If this service is stopped, then the PDF printer will not work and no print jobs will be redirected to the printing user. This is normally the cause, if the PDF printer fails to work.

Currently, due to Windows updates, it may not be possible to print on the PDF printer. The problem has been investigated and an improvement has been implemented.

Solution: Please install the current PDF24 Creator 9.2.0 to solve the problem.

Hello. I have the same error printing from Revit using DiRoots ProSheets plugin it says "The printer queue is in error state! In order to proceed it needs to be cleaned"

PDF24 version 10.0.11, and the windows service is running. As I need elevated rights, it would be nice if there is a solution for this.

Printing works using other exporters

Hi, x64 version still doesnt work for me. Only the x86 version (9.2.2) works.

Fun fact, x86 version seems waaay faster when exporting pdfs from revit. Interesting. (i9 10900k, RTX 4000, SSD)

Today, i have the same issue with Revit 2021 and both PDF24 9.2.0 (or9.2.2) and PDF 11.6.0.
