    Use the PDF24 Creator.

    1. Load the files,
    2. click the combine icon
    3. save the new pdf

    and that's it.

An alternative is our online PDF merge tool that is pretty awesome too.

    1. Select the file your want to combine
    2. Hit the combine button
    3. Save the result

Open the PDF24 Editor. Load all your needed documents or print the needed pages on the PDF24 PDF printer.

Merge/combine the documents/pages using drag & drop feature of the PDF24 Editor or click on the combine icon in the toolbar.

    Save your composed file.

I would like to save multiple pages as one file. How do I do this?

For expense reports we have an excel file and multiple receipts we scan in. How can I merge these all into one pdf file?

Just open the PDF24 Creator, load all files you want and then click the combine icon or freely merge pages between documents by drag & drop.
    Then save.

    Hello,

as of today (the "PDF24 Editor" from the older answers no longer exists), use Merge PDF:

    1. Open the PDF24 Toolbox and choose Merge PDF.
    2. Add your files. Besides PDF files you can add images, for example scanned receipts.
    3. Drag the files into the right order and click Merge. Then save the result.

If you only need some pages of the files, choose Page mode under Method and click the pages you want in the new PDF.

For an Excel file, create a PDF of it first, for example by printing it to the PDF24 PDF printer and saving it, and then add it in Merge PDF.

This also works online: https://tools.pdf24.org/en/merge-pdf. The online tool also accepts Word documents and other files directly.
