    Hi!

Did anybody get PDF24's quality settings to work? I wanted to print a rather large Word 2003 .doc containing lots of embedded images. The resulting PDF was about 40MB in size, even larger than the .doc itself.

So I tried Settings/PDF Quality/Standard-Low-Medium-Good-Best Quality - no (noticeable) change in output file size.

Then I tried configuring the PDF24 Assistant itself (via the "Save as..." option), reduced PDF/General/Resolution and changed PDF/Compression/Color image compression to JPEG but to no avail.

Am I doing something wrong? [Edit: I'm using pdf24-creator v.2.9.7]

Thanks a lot for you help!

Hi, please use the qualitity/Profile selector in assistant or editor.

In assistant there is a selector directly in main windows. In Editor open the context menu of a file by right clicking on document name and then set the quality profile.

    That should work.
