Reader have option to edit metadata but it doesn't work. Its just create two sets of information with old and new one.
In creator metadata editing works but its a hassle for a simple job.
I just want to edit Title and Author. I now use Metadata++.
File I tried to modify with the resulted files are in the attached gdrive link.
