    I execute the command.
    Where should I indicate the number of pages?

    "C:\Program Files\PDF24\pdf24-DocTool.exe" -splitByPage -noProgress -profile "default/good" -outputFile "E:\PDF\out.Pdf" "E:\PDF\Photo1.Pdf"

    The -splitByPage flag can currently only split after each page.
