Tiff to PDF fails for some files

Hello,

I'm using PDF 24 to convert scans of A0 documents. The original file type is a Tiff document in 600 dpi which I'm covering to PDF.

PDF24 version: 11.14.0

Windows 10 64 bit

Profile used "default/medium".

Original file size 55MB

Error message from ghostscript when using command line: "No pages will be processed (First page > LastPage)"

Original file can't be the problem. A scan which was performed just after the problematic scan works just fine. Both files can be opened in different programs without a problem. Larger files could be converted.

I encounter this problem from time to time and found no solution so far.

Tried to convert from toolbox and command line using "pdf24-DocTool.exe -convertToPdf -profile default/medium file1". After the save dialog the progress bar appears for a short time and vanishes after s second it so. An output PDF is generated but is empty and has a file size of 2079 Bytes.

Any ideas regarding my problem?

Please send such a tiff file which is not working  to forum@pdf24.org. Then I can see what happens. If the file is large, it's better to share the file via Google Drive or a different file sharing service.
