Uninstalling PDF24 Creator fails: temp file iu-14D2N.tmp missing

I am trying to uninstall PDF24 Creator.  The uninstall will not work because the file named iu-14D2N.tmp is missing.  I'm pretty sure there are other temp files missing too, so getting a copy of just one Temp file will still prevent me from uninstalling this application.  I am not happy with PDF24 Creator, so I am uninstalling.  Please provide assistance with the uninstall of your product, and provide copies of all required temp files, and/or a working, downloadable link to an uninstall executable that will complete the uninstall process.  I wish to uninstall your product, so please help.

sorry for the late reply. When PDF24 Creator is uninstalled, the uninstaller first copies itself into the Windows temp folder (a file like _iu14D2N.tmp) and runs from there. If this copy is missing, it was usually deleted or blocked right after it was created, often by security software.

What usually helps:

1. If security software is installed, check whether it has blocked or quarantined this file.
2. Download the current PDF24 Creator from https://tools.pdf24.org/en/creator and install it over the existing installation. This also installs a new uninstaller.
3. Then uninstall PDF24 Creator again in the Windows settings under Apps.

If uninstalling still fails, please tell us the exact message and your Windows version.
