Any possibility to change the default settings for the watermarks?
It is time consuming to change every time the font, the angle ...

I've tried to change the water.ps file, but that seems not to work.

Hi, currently not possible, but we have such a feature request on our list and we will add a  default settings section soon. If you use PDF24 Creator, you could create an output profile with the settings you want and then you can apply that profile to existing files. That's actually the fastest mode to add a watermark. If you have a profile created, right-click any file and choose PDF24 from context menu and then the apply profile option and then click your watermark profile. This will then add the watermark and you'll get a new file in your Windows file explorer.

    Hello,

sorry for the late reply. The PDF24 entry in the context menu of the Windows Explorer is created by the installer option Extend shell context menu (enabled by default).

    • On Windows 11, the entry is in the classic menu: right-click the file and choose Show more options, then PDF24.
    • If it is missing there too, please install the current version of PDF24 Creator again with the option Extend shell context menu enabled: https://tools.pdf24.org/en/creator

When you click PDF24, a window with file tools opens. There, click Apply profile and select your watermark profile.
