I tried openning your 2.8.1 version today, but I was forced to upgrade again.

As experienced in the past, the new version does not show the pdf files and I get blank documents.

I'm going to re-install the 2.8.1 version again, but HOW DO I SHUT OFF the UPDATE PROMPT? I just want to keep using the 2.8.1 version as is.

Thank you so much. That works beautifully! I absolutely love your software. I've check many others for the features you provide and none truly compares unless you pay about $100.

I believe this is a good fix for many who have had issues with 2.9 version and higher using Win 7.

I downloaded the file. Uninstalled the 3.3. But when I double-click on the new 2.8.1 to load the program, it is stating that I'm installing the 3.3 version. I rechecked several times and it's stating the same message for teh 2.8.1 file.

I even used another browser to download the file, but no luck. I installed anyway, but 3.3 seems to have installed since I am still having the same issue.

Windows 7. It appears many are having the same issue. The 2.8.1 worked beautifully on my same computer. Perhaps you can make that version available for download and not require upgrade when using the program.

Upgraded to 3.3 and still no preview. All documents have the same issue even for the ones that worked fine on v2.81.
