This feature is on our TODO  and will be added to one of the next releases. Many additional functions are being built directly into the reader, so you no longer have to switch apps.

This is now possible. PDF24 has a special tool that, a PDF form editor, that enables users to edit PDF forms, add and remove form fields and to make PDFs fillable.

This feature is already available there, this is an option of the Split Tool. Just open the split tool, load your PDF file and choose the "Halve pages" option there.

Click on a field in the pdf form editor, click CTRL+C and then CTRL+V. This copies the field and adds it as a new field to the form.

Click on a field, in the sidebar click the gear icon to open the field properties. In that panel you can change all the field specific properties, name, value, flags, options, ....
