Install the latest version of PDF24 Creator. Right-click a page and within the context menu, choose the item to insert a blank page. Blank pages can be insert before or after the page.

PDF24 Reader has such a feature. PDF24 Reader is part of the free PDF24 Creator.

Yes, the border of the shape is stroked, so you can set a stroke color and the stroke color can have a different opacity.

If you install current versions of PDF24, then all these mentioned functions should be available. Are you sure, that you have installed a recent PDF24 Creator version?

Hi, just open the "Convert PDF To ..."  function. There you can select the text out format.
