Hi, does anyone know how to fix this issue?
My colleague is using the same version as I am, but I am the only one experiencing the issue.
I tried reinstalling the application and installing the latest version, but the issue remains.
The file is on the shared drive; if I move it to my local drive, there is no issue. Before this, I had no issues at all.
Can anyone help me with this?
Hmm, I think we can do much in that case, if the OS is signaling, that the file is in use, then PDF24 can't write to that file. Can your colleges write to that shared file?
Have ask 2 colleague to try. 1 of them no issue but the other one have the same problem as me

Only two of us are encountering this error when we try to write a file using PDF24. The other colleagues have no issues.

Already tried to uninstall and install back still cannot, already tried clearing browser cache before downloading the setup file incase it's corrupted still no improvements.
Saving the file in local is possible and can rewrite but when it comes to my share folder cannot save or rewrite. Articles has no solutions but still finding a way to solve this.
