Fast Web View

Guten Morgen.

I have used Adobe Acrobat extensively for many years but can no longer afford it.
I liked the option to be able to enable fast web view when loading PDF's to a website.

I see in the PDF info that fast web view is an otpion, but it is set to NO. Is it possible to change that?
If so, how?
