Hi there.
Is it possible to change the PDF icon, in Windows Explorer, so that it shows the first page of the enclosed pdf file?

Hi, PDF24 currently does not have such a feature, but we already have it on our TODO list. The file preview is already implemented which you can enable/show in Windows Explorer. But the implementation of the ICON preview is not ready yet.
