The PDF24 convertor embedded on my site does not work.

Do i need to change the HTML code to enable emailing PDF converted documents?

I have copied and HTML code for the PDF convertor and put it up on my site. Everything comes up ok, however when i select a document and email it, i do not get any email. Ive tried it several times and for different emails, but still doesnt work. Do i need to change the HTML coding? The coding i have copied from your site is as follows:

Convert a document to pdf

Upload document
The url of a document

Choose a document Email (The pdf-file will be sent to this e-mail address)
Please specify the url of the document Email (The pdf-file will be sent to this e-mail address)
