PDF24 split PDF not working with the PDF24 Toolbox

Hi,

recently I tried splitting a pdf (and other functions) with the PDF24 Toolbox but whatever I do I always get a message "PDF24 has processed your job. No result has been produced.". I've tested this on different computers, and all give the same result. Is this a known issue since the update to 11.12.0? Am I the only one experiencing this?

Any advice or suggestions to try?

Hello Joey,

there is a big problem with version 11.12.0 concerning many features like merge, split, export to Word, etc..
The cause seems to be a missing Java.exe in C:\Program Files\PDF24\jre\bin (and perhaps other files).
In the german forum it is suggested to try a reinstall with the MSI-Parameter REINSTALLMODE=amus, which should force all files to be reinstalled - no matter if they existed before.
