WHEN I use screen capture to use " user defined area" it doesn't show the scanned or user defined area

in the printer i dont see the picture or defined area that i chose all i see is " no preview available " WHY ????

Anyone can help please ???

If you chose the option to copy the file into the clipboard, then you can use CTRL+V to paste the image to an app that supports images.
