Where is the data stored when invoices or individual blocks are saved?
With the online tool, all data is stored in a database. The database itself is located locally on your computer in your web browser's profile. The database remains even if you delete cookies. However, if you create a new profile or reset your existing one, any saved data will be lost. PDF24 itself does not store any data in the cloud. The offline tool works similarly, as it uses an embedded browser for its user interface. The profile data for this embedded browser is typically located in the following directory: %LOCALAPPDATA%\PDF24\Webview2
The invoice generator includes a built-in data manager. Here, you can view, export, and import the data in the respective data storage locations. Exporting and importing all data is also possible. You should generally perform regular exports to back up your data.

We have added new options to the command line, -langFile and -langCode. You can use these switches in order to change the language.

I think think what you are looking for:
- Configure a PDF printer to save files automatically.
- Configure a command that is executed after the PDF file is printed.
- Store the XML file anywhere
- Print on the PDF printer, use a unique print job name so you can select the right XML file.
- After printed, the command is executed. In that command, you can use the print job name, find the XML file, then call pdf24-Toolbox.exe -createInvoice.... to make an e-invoice and store the result.
The PDF printer itself is not able to create e-invoices, the printer data does not have all the information required to create an e-invocie..

Hi, just open the "Convert PDF To ..." function. There you can select the text out format.
Signing PDF fiels with a certificate is possible via the profiles section, there are options where you can also select a certificate. Such a signature just digitally sings but does not add a visual representation of the signature to the document. If you need this often, just add a custom profile with that certificate and later of you can just apply that profile to files.
We have added new new mode to the PDF to HTML converter. Previously there were just the "text only" and "embedded SVG" modes available. Yesterday we have added the "complete" mode which converts the whole PDF and outputs plain HTML combines with some CSS. The output size of this new mode is far smaller compared to the "embedded SVG" mode. We have noticed, that the "embedded SVG" currently produces relatively large outputs, but this is not that easy to change right now. It's on our backlog and we will try to optimize this. But for now, the new "complete" mode is the best option right now.

Hi currently there is no command line option for that. The where would an option of the input file would be in JSON format. I have added this feature request to our TODO file. I think we can add this to the next version.
Did you use the PDF24 Toolbox in the PDF24 Creator? The toolbox should ask you where to save the result. If you have used the online tools, then there is the download button. When you click the download button the result is downloaded to you downloads folder. If you have used the PDF24 Creator and you do not get a save file prompt, then please send a test file and screenshots to forum@pdf24.org so that we can check that.

Do you use the latest version 11.28.1? I tried to reproduce this issue but it didn't work. I have tested with different documents and on different monitors with different scaling's. I'm trying to figure out what else the problem could be.

In the offline Version, open the Toolbox, merge the files and then continue with the bookmarks editor tool of the toolbox.
Is our PDF Bookmarks Editor an option here? With it you can edit existing and add new bookmarks very easily.
In this case disable the bookmarks option in the tool because this creates new bookmarks based on the file names with jump targets to the first page of the corresponding file. Just untick the bookmarks option and bookmarks should also be merged.

This is know, will be fixed today with version 11.28.1. Solution for now: Open the pdf24 settings, go to email interface, change the interface there. The problem is in the MAPI interface. Switch to "Outlook OLE" if you have outlook.

Ich konnte das Problem mit dem MAPI Interface nachstellen. Wenn ich auf "Outlook OLE" umstelle oder auf "ShellExec EML", dann gibt es das Problem dort nicht.
Eine schnelle Problemlösung ist also das Email-Interface in den Einstellungen umzustellen. Ich schaue mir an, warum das Problem bei MAPI auftritt.
